The Homelessness Empowerment Program is a strategic initiative designed to provide long term solutions for individuals and families experiencing housing instability. The Challenge.
Homelessness is often the result of compounded economic hardship, limited access to stable employment, rising housing costs, and insufficient support systems. Many individuals and families face barriers that extend beyond shelter including unemployment, financial instability, mental health challenges, and limited access to community resources. Without coordinated, long term intervention, temporary relief efforts fail to break the cycle of instability.
